Just ordered food online to pick up. Get there. No one is there? The drive thru nobody answered. Went to the doors, no signs, they are locked. Really weird. I need a refund ASAP and some sort of explanation would be nice.Edited to add: I filled out the form. I also went today about 5pm and guess what? Again!! Closed!!! Thankfully I didn't order online this time. What the heck is going on? If you aren't open then shut your online ordering system off. It's simple. It's theft. You know you aren't open but there's no sign yet still collecting money? Shady shady shady business practice. I'd like my almost $20 back asap.Again what are your hours open??????? Just answer that please!!!!
Went through the drive thru on lunch. Asked for 2 separate meals, get to the window pay almost $25 grab my drinks get my bag and start to drive only to discover no Fry's for either meal was in the bag. Tryed to turn around and go inside BUT couldn't because lobby is locked. Couldn't go back thru the drive thru because the like was long and NOT moving and I had to get back to work. Unsatisfied with spending that amount of money to not even get everything I ordered. I understand mistakes happen but why not have the lobby open or at least answer the door if YOU forgot part of an order.
I checked the opening hours on Google the day before my shift and again before my lunch break, only to find that the drive-thru was not open at 9:30 a.m. on Monday. Despite the fact that the hours were verified six days ago and say they’re open until 1 a.m., this information is incorrect. They do not actually open after 9 o'clock. After reading other reviews, I have my doubts about this place, which adds to my frustration. In contrast, I've had great experiences at other locations in Olathe. I’m not going to pursue this further, but I wanted to share my experience to inform others.
I had a very unpleasant experience at this restaurant. As we tried to place our order, the staff member who assisted us was quite rude and seemed unfamiliar with the menu. I've never encountered anyone so discourteous in a dining setting. Because of this incident, I don’t think I’ll ever return. I suggest the owners address this issue. I wouldn't recommend dining here; I'm concerned about the quality of the food given how we were treated. Book a table now
What is going on with this place it's never open. I have tried multiple times to go there during business hours and no one is there. I placed an online order pulled up to the drive through and no ones was there. I had to get a refund from my credit card company because every time I call up there during business hours no one's answers the phone. I'm done trying to go there.
I sat in the drive thru for 5 minutes with no response. I tried to go inside to order, but at this location you cannot use the lobby. When i tried to call them nobody answered the phone. I have never had this many problems trying to spend my money at a location. May be a very long time before I attempt this location again.
Placed on online order for a decent amount of money at 7 PM on a Wednesday when the hours clearly say you close at 8. Sat in the drive thru for 5 minutes before realizing the lights were off an nobody was inside. The app said they were open and still took my money. Horrible waste of time and money
the dining room was closed. - I'm waiting for the ride and they said they were closed for the night. Why was the staff there? did he make the watch? this will be a common thema with jack in the box! The woman at the window was very kind but im very disappointed that at 5 months pregnant I was served moldy bread. I was given a refund but I'm incredibly disappointed, you can clearly tell the bread was bad.
