Let’s be clear, This is about the location at 1001 south fwy. Ft. Worth TX. My husband went thru drive thru to order crescents breakfast sandwiches. We’re told they were out. Husband stated “Really?” (In disappointment) No reply. He said hello? In return the lady started screaming at him thru the intercom. Talking to him as tho he had no right to be treated as any other valuable customer. This is not the only time they have been out of an entire product by the way. Last time it was bacon! This location has gone to pots! Even the managements are so desperate for employees they don’t discipline their employees when they misbehave. Why should they? The dining room is supposed to open at 7 AM, but when I arrived at 10 AM, the doors were locked. I noticed the workers communicating through the windows, which felt quite unprofessional. Meanwhile, a little boy, who is related to one of the staff members, was allowed to sit inside the dining room, enjoying his meal and playing. This raises questions about the establishment's responsibility. What's going on at Jack in the Box? It feels reminiscent of issues you'd encounter at McDonald's. I'm not quite sure how to summarize my experience. It was a Jack in the Box, after all. I had a really tasty meaty breakfast burrito, and I also tried those loaded mini tacos with sauce, which were surprisingly delicious. Honestly, I find it hard to recommend anything specific since you either like Jack in the Box or you don’t. If you're reading this and have never been there, I suggest giving it a shot. Just keep in mind that if you have the munchies, it’s easy to overorder, and everything tends to be more filling than you expect. For me, it’s the epitome of unhealthy fast food done right. Their shakes are great, too!
I was initially surprised by the signs indicating a "30-minute limit for inside dining with a food purchase" and that the restrooms were locked, but I understand this is necessary given the location. The service was prompt, the staff was friendly, and my food was fresh and hot, prepared just the way I requested (I can be quite particular).

The scariest location I have ever visited. Felt like a place you eat your last meal in a scary movie. No restroom access. Must make purchase to access but after purchase, advised there are no condiments available. ? Hard pass.
The food at Jack in the Box is quite good, but the drive-thru line tends to be very slow. I often notice new faces at the drive-thru window, which suggests they might have high employee turnover or be a training location.
Ordered some simple tacos no salad.... That's all. I guess I ruined someone day, BECAUSE they were covered with hot sauce and salad and not even the phone... 1 out of 10 not a good time
The staff were nice and they quickly got the food out, the inside was clean too. The only problem was that the soda machine was broken, but these things happen sometimes... Food: 5/5
