Only part of my order was correct. I did not know until I got home. I had to return. It was somewhat of a gaslight experience. This was not a mistake. I ordered before they knew I was returning because of an error. I was this time informed they could not make my order. I was given a refund. I got what I wanted somewhere else. I will be very guarded about returning there. I will probably patronized the other one instead.
I simply asked for them to add sriracha sauce to my burrito and she act like she couldn't understand English when I kept asking for it ...then I asked has she put it on there and she said yes .....when I got my burrito there was no sriracha sauce on it ...then I felt sick after eating the burrito... never will I go here again to the Jack in the box on East Lancaster ever again..worst service and experience..
Worst experience ever the cook got mad and was very rude because she messed up on my order. It wasn’t my fault. They told me her name is Christina. If you’re unhappy working it’s time for you to find another job.they refused to give me a receipt and told me they were out of paper…. Then I just took my fries out and what kind of serving is this?

There definitely needs to be some improvements. The drive-thru windows are quite unpleasant, and sometimes the soda tastes flat. The floors can get messy from the drive-thru service as well. Overall, I would rate the food a 3 out of 5.
I just visited, and there was no breakfast menu available. When I asked about it, they told me they hadn’t taken my order correctly. The service was terrible.
