If I had negative stars. I have never experienced such rudeness. I was clogged with my children in the car, and even had management come out of the building to threaten us further and load on my car. There are several complaints from the same person in this place and for some time. It is obvious that Jack is not interested in the box. Child-friendly: Since the manager is ready to kiss me in front of my children, I would say that is not a place to bring the family
Eating was good, but first cashier said that our voucher was invalid began to speak with someone in another language right in front of us. We finally got someone to show cashiers, the voucher was valid, but she pushed the wrong button. There was no excuse, not the first time that something like this happened here. Hopefully they will explain to the workers how to call the cash register correctly a manager to not argue with the customer. Just be warned.
I came here on Saturday to get some tacos. It was late and the drive thru was busy. It took me at least 20 minutes to get through the line and when I got home, all of my tacos had cheese on them. I'm allergic to cheese and was unable to eat the tacos. I also did not receive a receipt so I have no way of filing a legitimate complaint. It was a sad day and a waste of money.
They're all sleeping on Jack in the box. This facility was fast and delicious. I had no problem giving up or picking up my mobile order. I promise I was 100% sober. You should try this place (before midnight).
