I just waited in line for 20 minutes for my fast food. As I drove off, I took a sip of my drink and realized it was not the right one. I didn’t want to wait in line again for another 20 minutes just for a drink because I had to get to work. When I walked back in with my cup to get it exchanged, the owner stopped me. He insisted that it wasn't his fault, but rather the health department's, and that I couldn’t refill my drink. He wouldn't listen to me at all and seemed quite clueless. Is this a joke? Three months later you tell me to go to the generic corporate website to file a complaint?! I asked a simple question, that's was really rhetorical. We all know there's no pin or ID required because this location and all locations don't care about fraud. Fraud will be covered by the bank or credit card provider. Which will in turn be reflected in their charge for each swipe. Which will in turn be passed back to me and other customers in the menu price.
The staff at this restaurant are incredibly friendly and always greet you with a smile. I often stop by for lunch and appreciate how they make an effort to prepare my food quickly, especially since I only have 30 minutes to eat. They manage to get my order out promptly so I can enjoy my meal and return to work on time. I would love to see the team receive some recognition or a raise for their hard work. Thank you all for everything you do!
This location was indeed open as advertised, and I was pleasantly surprised. The staff looked clean and presentable, even at such an early hour. The food appeared fresh, which is commendable, and the employees had a positive attitude despite the time of day. My only suggestion would be to consider giving these workers a raise for their hard work during these hours or at least ensure they are compensated fairly if that's not the case.

Really terrible customer service from Kevin @store 17600. Drive thru order #130. 9:24am. Very rude and careless and impatient behavior. Roled his eyes when I addressed him about the situation. If you don't enjoy your, quit maybe instead of treating customers like they are a problem?
For the last 3 months, I have been met with a closed drive-thru due to staff shortages. Normally, the staff there are wonderful and know thier regulars.
Dining room posted open till 10. Got there at 9:35 and locked doors. If you want to close at 9:30, please post it on your doors
