the rude manager served all 6 guests waiting in the lobby while my mobile order was there cold. she had to hand it over to me literally. sad people are so rude. the point of ordering is mobile, so if they go, it can be ready to be picked up. that defeats the purpose and lets me eat with a cold. I don't want to go back to this place because they don't know customer service.
Hey it?s fast food real cheap and many of them are open 24 hours. No frills basic menu and the breakfast items can be purchased any time of day. I see them all over the city and they are pretty much the same. I do occasionally see a slight difference in the prices but I think that is based on location and demographics.
I command Doordash because I always taste better, but recently... The salad on these tacos was thrown on the side and heated with the tacos. No taco sauce and they're burned. Idk, if the employees forget the timer or don't like to work late, but I don't know what's going on.
The bread on my burger was very hard, the french french fries were boiled in oil too long. My driving meal was terrible! Do not visit this Jack again in the box!
