I came through the drive thru when no other cars were there. I ordered the loaded breakfast sandwich meal. The order came to $9.14. as I was waiting at the window (still no other cars around) I was asked to move my vehicle away from the window. I askedwhy and was told to make room for another car. I said there are no other cars around. The manager came to the window and got madwith me because I saw no reason to leave. She said I was being a AssH (Note I never said any profanity to her) and startedto give me my money back. I told her that I did not want my money back I just wanted my food. I ordered from the drive-thru—three egg rolls and two tacos. I was asked to pull up to the front of the restaurant, even though there were no other customers, either in the drive-thru or dining in. I waited outside for 15 minutes before going in to check on my order. Once inside, I waited another 12 minutes before finally receiving my food. A male employee was rude, and the egg rolls were overcooked. To top it off, I found hair inside the box. I will NEVER return to this location. Just as a side note, I had just finished a 14-hour road trip and was really looking forward to some Jack in the Box.
This establishment in St.Ann MO ,is the biggest waste of time, the last 4 times I tried to order food after 11pm . I was told they are out of food, were not serving at this time , we're closed at this time. So, Idk how to say , what I like to say as a customer in a nice manner. So I'll let the decision be yours , I would like to know if anyone else had this experience..
The food was decent, but the restaurant and its staff deserve zero stars. The floors were sticky, all the tables were dirty, and the place had a strong smell of marijuana. The employees were frequently coming in and out, playing with their hair and never washing their hands before preparing and serving the food.

When I finally checked my order, the food was cold and not what I had requested. To make things worse, no one was wearing gloves at all! I ended up throwing my food in the trash. It's safe to say that I won't be coming back to this place.
Took over a half hour to get 4 tacos. four cars in front of me were not moving at all. The only good thing was.when I finally got to the window they made up the order with hot fresh tacos.
The burger was made incorrectly, it looked nothing like the advertisement, and some items were missing. I only come here once a year, and now I understand why. I'll pass!
It was nightfall, and none of their outside lights were on. Even the menu boards were dark and unreadable. Getting our order was rather slow too.
