I stopped for a quick bite between shopping. I just ordered a little Jr Bacon the value fries. I 'm not the kind to nitpick at all, but for whatever reason I got quite a few very small, super crisp ones and a lot of ones under a 1/2 inch.No big deal but I NEVER eat fast food and it was disappointing for my cheat meal. I walked in and the girl who helped me at the window happened to come up front to help me again. She was VERY sweet immediately said We 'll remake them for you! This restaurant is disappointing. They claim to be open 24 hours, but every time I've gone around 5 a.m. in the last month, there's a chair blocking the drive-thru, despite their signs saying they're open 24/7. I usually spend about $20 here for breakfast almost every morning, but they're potentially losing hundreds of dollars each week by not being consistent with their hours. I suppose McDonald's is a better option since they're the only ones open in the city early in the morning.
I occasionally visit this restaurant during my lunch break. The drive thru staff are courteous, friendly, and efficient, which I greatly appreciate since I only have 30 minutes for my breaks. They always prepare my order correctly, so I no longer have to double check the bag. The food is consistently served hot and appears to be prepared with more attention to detail compared to other fast food restaurants. I truly value the staff at this location!

Closed most of the time at night. and when they are open they have credit card issues. CMON MANNNNNNN. Upped the review by one star because of the reply, This jack in the box is just closed a lot or having credit issues later when we get out of work and is the only 24 hour fast food in Lincoln, so it sucks when it doesn't work out and its usually like a 50/50
I placed my order at the drive-thru. The portions were small and pricey. The jalapeno poppers were tiny and there were not enough onion rings. There were not many vegetarian options available. They should consider adding more options and creating amazing burgers.
Not actually open despite saying 24 hours. They should update or put some notice if they are going to be closing at nights. Drove all the way down here and now have to go all the way to rooseville or have wasted the last hour+ of time.
