Furthermore, the fries and tacos had clearly been sitting in the warmer for a while and tasted stale. When I asked for fresh fries, I encountered a dismissive attitude and even had a bit of an argument. The egg rolls were soggy and also tasted past their prime. The hamburger I ordered came without the ketchup I had requested, so we had to add our own. To make matters worse, my order was switched to a completely different sandwich than what I actually wanted.
This is definitely a restaurant I won’t be returning to. As for being kid-friendly, my daughter, who has special needs, was treated rudely when she tried to ask a question, which was very disappointing.
Sometimes service can be slow, but I have no idea if there's a large order before me or what. Of course I am also part of slow service because I like extra well done fries without salt. Their well done fries are better than McDonald's well done fries. I love that I can get breakfast anytime I am there. I can't rate the atmosphere because I am a drive thru customer. Generally their fast food is some of the best fast food in taste and appearance.
While some may view it simply as Jack in the Box, their burgers are genuinely impressive! Lately, I've developed a bit of an obsession with their Jalapeño Poppers. They use cheddar cheese instead of the typical white queso, and I just can't get enough! My partner loves burgers, so this has become our favorite place for a delicious hamburger. Thanks to DoorDash, the food arrives hot, and the fries stay crispy. Go JACK!
Used to have better quality control. Not so much anymore. Been disappointed lately with quality and care. Forgot my drink on my last order received someone else's portion of an order. It's not a hard job for dashers to double check orders (takes 2 minutes tops). Hashbrowns were too crispy (crunchy hard) and burger was sloppy as ever. Curly fries aren't like they used to be. Using doordash less and less.

It was packed as any fast food but they forgot a sandwich, I understand sometimes it happens but I try to be polite as much as I could bcuz I worked in fast food in the past and the person on the window was super annoyed when I ask for extra things. I was driving from far and I needed napkins and sauces and I wasn’t gonna wait to get home to eat which was an hour away.
The receipt shows that Esther was one of the cashiers who took my order. My first experience at this Jack in the Box was wonderful. The staff was very friendly and efficient. Each of our meals was neatly packaged in separate bags. Even for a fast food restaurant, the food was attractively presented and not overly greasy. There was a large team working this afternoon.
Maria the shift manager is a horrible person that doesn’t care about anybody. Refused to help me and is a criminal. She she be put in jail for not giving the food that a customer paid for. Nothing but criminal activity and theft happens at this location. The food they give out is probably spit in.
I generally don't go inside. They won't let you use their bathroom unless you buy something it has a code. I go through the drive-thru. This place is 24/7 I cam get a large sugar-free lemon power

This was my first time visiting this restaurant. They mixed up my order, which can happen. That said, it's just a fast-food burger, so don't expect anything beyond that.
not actually open 24 hours. they close at random times even when the sign says open.
