I don't visit Jack In The Box often, and now I remember why. The food quality isn't great, the prices are high, and the portions are small. I ordered two Munchie Meals—both with spicy chicken, one with onion rings and the other with curly fries. Instead of serving them as separate orders, they combined all the onion rings into one box and all the curly fries into another. It’s not a complicated order, so this was really disappointing. This experience reminded me why I rarely choose Jack In The Box from their menu.
My experience at Jack in the Box was disappointing. I ordered 8 tacos and only received one ranch sauce, which is unacceptable. The restaurant clearly needs to stop rationing sauce and ensure the right amount is provided with each order. If customers want extra sauce, staff should ask rather than assume. Overall, the service needs improvement, especially in training employees to check on sauces and offer more to customers.
Absolutely love this place. The food is always delicious. I don't have one near me so any time I go somewhere there is one I have to eat there. Never disappointed. Got breakfast for dinner and man was it delicious!! I need to get one of them near meso I can go all the time.
This is the second time I've contacted a driver about missing sauces or items, and they still haven't been delivered. It’s probably not the driver's fault, but it's disappointing.

I had two tacos, crispy, greasy, and the meat like filler. I don't know what is in them but they are Tasty with an ice water about a buck seventy out the door .
Food was hot, staff was very polite, and inside of the restaurant was really clean. Their soda machine inside had many flavor options and tasted great as well.
This is the only Jack In The Box location I visit because they regularly change their fryer oil, provide fast service, and have very friendly employees.
Drive through can take a long time and they always have you wait to come to the drive up window after you place your order! The food is ok.
