This is my first visit to a Jack in the Box, and I would describe the experience as unremarkable. I was pleasantly surprised to find a parking lot, which was very welcome on a busy part of the Pacific Coast Highway.Once inside, we had to wait a while for our order to be taken, despite it being ostensibly empty. The ordering process was easy, and the food arrived promptly.I had the Ultimate Bacon Cheeseburger, which I would say is the equivalent in size and quality of a McDonald's double cheeseburger. The fries were good, if a little oversalted. I could see myself returning if I needed something quick from a drive thru, but I would not make a special trip.
I just went through the drive-thru and ordered a sourdough chicken sandwich and a large fries. When I picked up my order, I noticed that I had curly fries instead of regular fries. The attendant exchanged them for regular fries, but when I got home, I found that the sandwich was a regular chicken sandwich instead of sourdough. I tried calling to resolve the issue, but no one answered. I was so frustrated that I ended up throwing the sandwich away. On top of that, the fries were cold too.
I know many people will disagree with my 5-star rating, however, I have major (ie: fatal) food allergies am limited to what I can consume outside while on the go. I’ve NEVER had an issue or allergic reaction with eating at this establishment will continue to patronage it.
Kinda small and not that clean, but a quick, easy option in an expensive area. Has a parking lot reserved for its customers, so that is a plus. A little pricey, but again, it's an expensive area.Mini churros were pretty gross!

It was dirty and the staff didn't look like they wanted to be here. They messed up my chocolate shake, which was depressing.
I hadn't visited Jack in the Box in more than six years, and I was pleasantly surprised by both the food and the service.
Was quick and correct ?. Be careful pulling out of this location.... busy, and tight street lane
This is one of the few burger and shake spots along this stretch of PCH 1.
