I went through the drive thru and the service was AMAZING, the staff were so polite and they all made sure our food was fresh and we got everything exactly as ordered (we typically have difficult orders) we have not seen this type of service since before the pandemic.... thank you staff for everything you did for us.
Went through drive through last night. Get greeted with “yeah” I asked if you’re open. He said not really. So I pull around and there’s a car waiting for food and starts taking the car behind me order. A man with long orange hair and orange beard. You allow this kind of behavior is ridiculous.
I am unsure how Jack in the Box can still label themselves as fast food. It took me over twenty minutes to go through the drive-thru, and it seems to be like this every time. I will not be giving this location another chance. Book a table now
My wife and I visited the drive-thru around 10:45 and were greeted by a friendly short, dark-haired girl. Although she was friendly, she seemed to have difficulty seeing over the window and may have needed a chair.
I love going on Mondays for my lunch since my work is so close Eli is always greetings me with the biggest smile and making sure my order is always right and she’s super friendly with great customer service.
We waited for 10 minutes only to be greeted by an employee with a terrible attitude who lied about not having tacos so they wouldn't have to cook them. Improvement is needed!
Tried to charge me 5+ dollars for two ice water because nobody here at night speaks more then a sentence of English. I'd give nagitive stars for service alone if I Book a table now
I am disappointed that the restaurant's hours are not consistent. I have tried to go after 12 and they have been closed. It surprises me that they close so early.
