The interior of the restaurant is immaculate. The two employees at this establishment are friendly, but they are limited in what they can accomplish. It took a significant amount of time to receive our order, but I understand that with only two workers, they can only do so much. I am giving a 5-star rating solely for the cleanliness of the restaurant and the exceptional friendliness of the staff. However, I did rate the food a 3. I believe the employees deserve more support, and I hope that management recognizes and appreciates their hard work.
I don't understand why a restaurant would choose to operate in a truck stop but not offer ordering through the window or allow customers to dine in. It would make sense to have a policy where CDL license holders can place an order. Instead of these questionable practices, the restaurant should consider closing and letting a more truck driver-friendly establishment take its place. The food, service, and atmosphere all received a rating of 1.
I recently dined at this restaurant for breakfast and had a fantastic experience. Prices were very reasonable, with meals costing between $1 and $10 per person. The food was delicious, earning a perfect score of 5, and the service was excellent as well, also receiving a 5. The atmosphere was nice, scoring a 4 out of 5. I highly recommend trying the Two Tacos, it was especially tasty.
Lil busy when i was there. But burger n lil tacos perfect food at 8am!! Watch out food takes time to cook and maybe hot. It aint instant food people. . The last few times I have attempted to dine at this restaurant, it has been closed. I have never heard of a Jack in the Box closing at 10pm before!
