Before COVID-19, this place was fantastic, offering the best munchie meals late at night! Now, the service has really gone downhill. Last night, I ordered two munchie meals and waited for half an hour. When I finally received my order in two boxes, I thanked them. But when I opened it, the hamburger was extremely dry, and there was no ketchup or salsa on it. I ended up just eating the fries and two tacos because I was so hungry. In a few minutes, I’m going back to the restaurant to ask why they missed adding ketchup or Del Taco sauce to the order. At the very least, they should ask, like they used to.
I couldn’t even get food in person. I walked in through the unlocked doors, and a male employee told me they were closed for inside orders and turned me away. I didn’t realize you need a car to use the drive-thru just to get food, even though I work within walking distance of this location. This has happened multiple times with no signs or explanations, and being greeted rudely definitely didn’t make me feel welcome. Very disappointing.
I consistently enjoy breakfast at Jack In The Box every weekday on my way to work. The service is always prompt and efficient. The staff is incredibly friendly, and they’ve never gotten my order wrong, even at 4:55 AM! The menu offers plenty of great options to choose from.
During a difficult time when I was experiencing homelessness, the staff at Jack In The Box showed incredible kindness by offering me free water and Powerade. They also provided me with a coupon for two complimentary tacos. Their generosity was truly appreciated.

Jack In The Box offers a great menu. The food, service, and atmosphere all deserve a perfect 5-star rating. Dining in is a pleasant experience, and the price per person ranges from $10 to $20.
Honestly this team at this jack in the box is the absolute best they are always so friendly and kind no matter what time I've shown up. Yall deserve a nice holiday bonus!
This restaurant prepares their tacos perfectly crispy. The service is quick and the staff is friendly.
