He treated our food carelessly, tossed it back at us, and rudely instructed us to leave. When I mentioned we were just looking for a refund, he questioned why we hadn't said that sooner, despite it not being the core issue. We had paid $48.00 without any problems, but the customer service was appalling from the moment we approached the drive-thru until we reached the window. Unfortunately, due to time constraints, we left without having had a meal.
The food at this location is served hot, particularly in comparison to other Jack in the Box restaurants. The staff is outstanding, and I’ve never had an issue with my order being incorrect. While the quality can vary depending on your selection, the burgers and curly fries are definitely the highlights.
It appears that this restaurant is currently understaffed. I've visited multiple times, and I've noticed that they are getting better at managing orders correctly. A couple of years ago, the service wasn't as good, but it's encouraging to see that they are making progress.

I have dined at this restaurant on two separate occasions, and both times the food has been fresh and absolutely delicious. I have no complaints at all.
The food is consistently fresh and served hot, accompanied by excellent service and short wait times. Each dish is made to order.
