I had a very disappointing experience with customer service at this restaurant. After I placed an order for a combo, I found that my burger had sauce on it, which I didn’t expect. The employee at the drive-thru, who later introduced themselves as the overnight manager, refused to swap my order and spoke to me rudely, stating that I wouldn't be getting a replacement. I pointed out that this was unacceptable service and requested that my order be corrected, regardless of whether they acknowledged my complaint or not. They also claimed that there was no corporate number available for me to contact. I ended up not eating the burger and was willing to return it, but they didn’t want it back.
I received stale food, and the chicken in my sandwich was so tough I couldn’t even bite it. When I called to speak with a manager, a woman with a strong accent insisted she was in charge. She initially promised a refund but then refused, saying it didn’t happen on her shift. She told me to call back in 14 hours to speak with the shift leader. She also said that since it’s a franchise, they aren’t obligated to issue refunds. When I asked about contacting the owner, she simply replied, “never.”
I stopped by mainly to use the restroom and decided to order a couple of tacos while I was there. The restroom was clean, which I appreciated, but unfortunately, I waited 10 minutes without being able to place my order before I had to leave for an appointment.
This restaurant frequently gets orders wrong. I’m not sure what the problem is; everything seems correct on the screen, but by the time you get to the window, it’s a total mess.

I eat at Jack In The Box often since I work nights, and I’m glad it’s open 24 hours. I’m satisfied with the food, the place is clean, and the staff do an excellent job.
One of my favorite spots for delicious and affordable meals. This restaurant is truly exceptional. The service is always reliable, and the atmosphere is delightful.
I highly recommend Jack's for tasty food late at night, especially around 4 AM. The service is prompt and friendly, making it a great place to visit!
