This restaurant may not be the best choice for ordering through an app and picking up your food. I placed an order, and my son went to retrieve it while I was working from home and in a meeting. Unfortunately, they forgot to include one of the drinks and another item. I called to report the issue and even attempted to complete a survey, but the phone just kept ringing until the call dropped—I tried three times. If you want to make sure you receive everything, it’s better to go in person, watch them prepare your order, and double-check the bags before you leave. Just having the order list in front of them apparently isn't enough.
Unfortunately, the wait didn't stop there; I had to wait again for our food. When I got home and opened my grilled sourdough jack, I was extremely disappointed to discover that it wasn't even grilled. It looked nothing like I expected. This is a serious oversight, and I can't understand how a grilled sourdough burger could be served to me without even being toasted. It completely ruined my dinner, and I'm really unhappy about it.
I first fell in love with this place at the corner of Madison Oak College. I visited again recently, and it was just as great as I remembered. As I drove by, a girl shouted, "I love Jack too!" It's clear that people have a special affection for this place. However, I think the exterior and interior at the corner of Manzanta Marconi could use some improvement to look more appealing.
Someone hacked into my Jack in the box account and ordered to this location and picked it up. I have called the store many times in the past few hour but nobody is answering to help. Please contact me so I can get a refund or direct me to a number who can help.

I ordered a vanilla iced coffee, fries, and two tacos. However, when I arrived at my destination, I noticed that my drink was caramel instead of vanilla. I felt disappointed.
I recently ordered two bonus special double burgers through Doordash. At $6 each, they looked like the low-quality options you'd usually find on dollar menus.
It seemed that there was only one woman handling everything in the restaurant. She is undoubtedly the one making sure everything runs smoothly.
It's Jack in the Box, so the food isn't amazing, but it sure is cheap. They forgot my sweet and sour sauce, but everything else was there.
