The staff at Jack In The Box is very polite and friendly. Orders are taken promptly, although due to COVID-19 precautions, customers must ask for utensils, napkins, and other essentials if needed. During busy times, the line can get long, but it moves quickly once you’ve placed your order. The food tastes fresh and is above average. On the downside, some of the decor, particularly a few paintings, can feel a bit unsettling—possibly because of its location near a high school and the associated foot traffic. Also, note that the dining area now closes at 5 PM.
I placed a pick-up order, but it was completely wrong—nothing close to what I had ordered. After that, I went through the drive-thru and had to explain the situation to the manager, even though I had just received the order seconds earlier. Eventually, they took my receipt and checked the bag they had given me. They realized that it was incorrect and finally agreed to provide me with the right order, which looked good once it was all sorted out.
Some Asian ladies was really rude with me for no reason she didn't offered kepchup o nothing and sandwich with no kepchup it's no the same all I said if she was in a bad mod just stay home is alot people that really want to work and is not Good work in customer service with that actitude. I couldn't enjoy my spicy chicken couse it was dry
I was initially reluctant to give this restaurant a rating due to past experiences with unfriendly service on Sundays, particularly from a Chinese waiter who can be quite rude. However, today I was pleasantly surprised by the outstanding service I received from the cashier, Amaro, who was very helpful and made my experience enjoyable.

I've been a fan of Jack In The Box since the early 1970s! It's one of those places you either love or don’t. I truly love their tacos—I’ve been enjoying them since the days of bell-bottoms!
