The food at Jack in the Box was what I expected. However, the service during my last visit was rather disappointing. I ordered through the app, but the employees claimed my order had already been picked up and treated me as if I was lying. I had to show them my phone as proof, and they insisted that another customer had also claimed the same. Eventually, they acknowledged that they must have mixed up two mobile orders before they agreed to remake my food.
I order a chicken teriyaki bowl and it came with no sauce and it was super small I did ask for extra sauce on it however the staff working there put two sauces packets in the bag But No Sauce on the rice bowl they have to put Sauce in the bowl and the give two packages of Extra Sauce will not be coming back highly
I visited this restaurant at 1:00 AM to grab a bite to eat. The staff member, Darin (I may have spelled that wrong), was really friendly. He took my order right away and had my food ready in no time, which is quite rare for that hour. Thanks, man!

There are always new people. They seem to be trying really hard to keep up with the pace… ALWAYS double check your order before you leave the drive thru ALWAYS
We arrived with a large group, but they handled it effortlessly. The quality of the food was excellent from the first order to the last.
Worst Fast Food that I've ever had! Way too greasy and definitely too salty. Will never eat there again.
