The service was terrible; it took 2 minutes just to place my order at the register, and then 25 minutes to receive my food. This is supposed to be a fast food restaurant, but there's nothing fast about it. To make matters worse, people who ordered after me received their food before I did. I will not be returning to this Jack in the Box and have lost my loyalty as a customer.
Whole experience was bad. Couldn?t understand the manager and I paid for Chocolate shakes and she said she didn?t have chocolate pump but when she came back she said she was already making Oreo and I didn?t get bacon or grilled onions on my burger. Just bad
I love the jumbo Jack burgers. I always order one jumbo Jack by itself, no onions, no cheese, with extra pickles and jalapeños to go. And every time I got it wrong, with no pickles, or with onions, or with cheese, or with no jalapeños etc, wrong every time.
I had 2 tacos, which were greedy and completely softened at the edges. my wobble rings were so sharp that they hurt my mouth! They didn't adapt when I was complaining. We will never go back there or come back! bad, bad, bad! Book a table now
Love the 2 tacos, walked in to order inside, was greeted as i entered and all the employees were very friendly. The restaurant was very clean, not too busy considering it was lunch time.
I always enjoy the tacos and chicken sandwich at this restaurant. Shoutout to the #JITBKrew for their amazing food!
