Unfortunately having to give this once called favorite Jack in the box location, a 3 star review...more like a 2 but I'll be a little nice. For the past 4 visits, they have gotten my order wrong that i placed on the app. How hard is it to read an order?? I ordered 2 jumbo jacks, both with no onion...one with no onion, no sauce...and what did we get? Buns with burger patty, a piece of lettuce and chipotle sauce!! What the F.... Step your game up, guys!!
angie is horrible!!!! always has an upset face like she doesn 't want to be there and she 's only nice because of her scripting but other than that she 's horrible never smiles and i ask for sauce and get nothing or barely anything even though im purchasing a big order. There 's one lady don 't know her name but she 's the reason i continue to come she 's respectful and never had a bad tone or shows ugly face at me.
The food could have been served hotter, and the staff, including the manager, could have been friendlier. I was particularly disappointed when I asked for a Jack Antenna Ball and they didn't have any left. I checked a few locations, but no one seemed to have them in stock, so I eventually gave up. This will be my last visit to Jack in the Box. Additionally, I ordered pancakes and this is what I received.
I'm not sure why when I go to the drive-through in a young girl is very polite with customer service to the person in front of me. I can hear it loud and clear and for no reason I feel like I get attitude from the same worker. Completely different tone with me. Book a table now
if I could give his Jack in the box a zero I would. I ordered on the app and wanted extra onions and no pickles and I received extra pickles and no onions. I don't think they can read at this Jack-in-the-Box. Don't ever go there.
What can I say it's Jack-in-the-Box? It's fast food I just stopped in there for a break. Got the potato wedges very good. Got some coffee. I hate to have to say it but very lousy coffee very weak.
They were able to accommodate my sons food allergies and were extremely nice and polite about it. Wonderful customer service and the food was on point.
Like any fast food restaurant, they need to put more emphasis on keeping the establishment clean. Book a table now
