I specifically requested a side of ranch and extra sweet and sour sauce along with some hot sauces. I even asked again when I received the bags if the sauces were included, and the lady assured me they were. I really don’t understand why she included different sauces instead of the ones I asked for. It may seem like a small issue, but it really frustrates me. I know it's just sauce, but I wish they would get it right.
My fries were cold/old but the customer service and everything else was great,Update from response: WOW!!!! I worked the night shift on Tuesday at the drive-thru window, and the customer service was really poor. When I asked to exchange curly fries for French fries, she said no. I also requested sauce, and her response at the window was very rude. This kind of behavior is unacceptable!

Dirty restroom . This is the worst place of jack in the box in the city. The chicken sandwich was not crunchy, tasted sour, very disappointed.
Well, it’s a Jack in the Box! You know what to expect from the food. That said, it’s a pretty nice Jack in the Box compared to others!
