My favo-favorite FAVORITE go-to, emotional eating, midnight munchie snack was removed from the menu!!! Bacon Cheddar Potato Wedges! And sour cream too?! Who had an issue with these items? The replacement meal: cheesy over salty popcorn chicken fries isgross. Very disappointed. I went to another JNB and finaggled my way into getting cheese covered fries.. and a side of ranch. Nocomparison. They too didn't have sour cream. Only their weird buttermilk ranch sauce. This location had an extremely darkparking lot. It didn't feel safe at night. It also had garbage all over the ground of the drive thru dumpster area. Come onJack! Bring my wedges back!!!
Whoever worked tonight.... All i know it was a Latino crew (who took my order who put the food together) They did 115% in my book. Fresh as can be from the tacos to the ultimate bacon cheese burger to the Curly fries. EVERYTHING WAS HOT FRESH Keep that team together because it's very rare to get every item fresh as can be, especially fast as well! 1st time eating fast food in 3 months and I'm glad when I did it was absolutely amazing! I had dinner at this restaurant tonight and was very impressed by the Latino staff. They were exceptionally efficient, and the food was fresh, from the tacos to the ultimate cheeseburger and curly fries. It's not often you find a team that can consistently provide fast and fresh food like they did. This was my first time dining here in three months, and I was amazed by the experience. I highly recommend this place for their outstanding service and quality.
I wasn’t surprised by the disappointing service or the mediocre food. I simply want to share what others might expect at this restaurant. I had to use the drive-thru since the dining area was closed. It seems that the option to dine in isn’t available right now. I visited at 7 PM, which feels a bit too early to be closing the dining area and only offering drive-thru service.

I ordered two chicken burger combos with bold flavors. Unfortunately, the buns were dry and lacked any mayo or dressing. There was barely any lettuce, as if it was the last piece available, and no tomato either. One of the chicken patties was undercooked. Overall, I didn't enjoy the meal. On a positive note, the staff was friendly and welcoming.
I wouldn't suggest ordering the mini Loaded Tiny Tacos for delivery, as they get very soggy and practically turn mushy, making them difficult to eat without a spoon (no joke). On the other hand, the pancakes in the Jumbo Breakfast Platter with Bacon Sausage Combo are delightful, and the kids loved the silver dollar pancakes!
The burgers, fries, and tacos I ordered were all cold when they were served to me. I arrived at 1:32 AM and noticed two cars ahead of me and one behind. Although the wait wasn't long, both my meals and the tacos I ordered came out old and cold.
I thoroughly enjoyed the Large King's Hawaiian Fish Sandwich Combo. The bun was exceptionally fresh, the fish was cooked to perfection, and the tartar sauce was definitely the highlight. Overall, it was a delicious and satisfying sandwich!

I only go for the French fries. Recently, at most locations, the curly fries are just small bits without any curls—maybe only two actual curly fries in the entire serving. I want curly fries like the ones shown in the ads!
The food was delicious, and I followed all the instructions, but they forgot all the sauces.
