The manager refuses to give you a refill. After the machine is broken, and after you have to wait why she checks to see if you came in because she doesn't recognize you! And is proven wrong! Are you kidding me? You still think I want anything after that? You guys hire someone like that? ?Come on Jack you can do better. I'm debating on my next decision on the racial profiling. Ordered online, when I got there and asked for my order everyone looked confused. It was as though no one knew about online orders. I ordered two jumbo jacks. 5 orders of tacos and a 7 piece jalapeno popper. All of that was stuffed into one small bag.
I love how they make it look like you get half a cup of Boba and for five bucks you should but in reality you're lucky to get a tablespoon.To reply: I've bought several, the Boba just gets less and less.
