I have been having some issues with Jack in the Box recently. The employees at the drive-thru were trying to be helpful, but it seemed like they hadn't been properly trained. The microphone wasn't working or maybe they just couldn't hear me. When I tried to place my order, there was a lot of confusion as the order screen wasn't working either. I appreciate the effort of the employees, but it's disappointing that management hasn't provided them with proper training. The food itself was good, but that was the only positive aspect of my experience there.
This location is NOT 24 hours as it states. Their hours seem to be very inconsistent. I’ve tried to stop by for breakfast many times around 6 to 7 AM, and have only been able to get service once or twice, all other times there has been no one there. Additionally, they only accept mobile orders at times. Ridiculous. If this location is going to operate business this way they need to update their information online as to not mislead customers.
Location is so under staff they cannot take any drive-through traffic. They will only take traffic for Uber eats or doordash.. They said I could park in the lot and order from Uber eats. How is that helpful? This is ridiculous. This is ridiculous. To be fair Jack in the Box, particularly this location, is always behind and below what's supposed to be happening.

Love this location but dining room is permanently closed now, every time I go through the open sign is on, hours posted 6am-10pm, but the doors locked. Got a bad case of laryngitis, can't order over the speaker. Why is the dining room closed? Manager needs to get people hired.
Ordered through Uber eats. Every single item was wrong. My egg and cheese had no cheese. Requested one sandwich with no bacon…added the note in 2 places. It came with bacon. Fail of an order all around. Only item correct was the fries.
I grew up eating Jack in the Box and everything is always delicious. The ultimate breakfast sandwich on sourdough bread is my favorite. I love that they serve breakfast 24/7, it's the best value dining option in the city.
the menu has not enough detail, the personal does not know what is on the burgers, and I paid for an ultimate cheeseburger who looked like the size of a double jack. will never come back

I always have a great dining experience at this restaurant, and the manager is always willing to help resolve any issues with the order.
The food is good but yikes on saturday nights the lines are mad long and on sundays its hit and miss if they are even open.
