The absolute worst Jack in the Box in the world!! I hate this place waited over an hour for Postmates to cancel the order then placed an order on the app order went through took my money when I get there they have toilet paper rope across the drive-thru in the store is locked down at 24 hours store by the way if you want Jack in the Box do not order from here you will never ever get it. This isn't the first time this is how this is every night
This location is notorious for closing due to being Understaffed . I pulled up to the drive thru and i was told over the intercom that this location is not taking orders due to being short staffed. When i was leaving i saw 3 people inside. How many staff members does it take to operate a drive thru with a closed lobby? This location needs major improvement.

Let me summarize my last ten trips here:2 times closed completely1 time only fried items1 time no fried items1 time mobile orders only1 time systems rebooting1 time very rude cashier1 time cold jalapeno poppers2 times goodCorproate responds to every negative review with a canned politeness, but takes no action. I don't want your link. Fix the issues. Book a table now
Everytime I try to go here pre 8am or after 8pm they tell me that their ordering system is down and they are only taking Doordash and Online orders. If it was only occasionally I would believe them but its literally evertime, so now it feels like I'm being lied to. Just change your hours instead of advertising being open 24hrs.
I visited the restaurant today and there were only two employees on duty, but they worked incredibly hard! They are truly amazing people! Despite the large number of orders, they maintained smiles and were very kind. Liz stood out as exceptionally sweet! Both women working this morning were fantastic! 5/12/22
Ordered a Jumbo Jack Cheeseburger (no pickle), order taker verifies the no pickle with me in the drive thru, what is on my burger when I get home?? Yep pickles! I was the only person they had. I know this a minor thing but it gets old when constantly happens!

15:45 on Saturday. doors are locked and no one works the running gear thru. They can see the workers in the inner clearly. I guess they don't want to work. ?
