I'm not sure what the training process is for overnight staff at Jack in the Box, but I've never encountered someone so unqualified for the job. The employee taking orders at 4 AM struggled to communicate in English, and what frustrated me the most was waiting 25 minutes in the drive-thru for no apparent reason. When I finally asked what the delay was, his simplistic response was, “the person ahead of you has a big order.” But why does that prevent him from taking MY order? Additionally, if you're claiming to be open 24 hours, then stay open! Another disappointing experience at Jack in the Box, and this time I encountered an understaffed location! Come on, you can do better. Please take care of your employees or something. How can you advertise being “open 24 hours” when you need to close for half an hour as soon as a customer arrives? It just doesn’t add up. I really hope corporate sees this. By the way, the menu could use some improvements too.
Jack In The Box is the worst place to get food. We waited 25 minutes just to place an order, and no one spoke English. They only served drive-thru customers, ignoring everyone else. The customer service was absolutely terrible. Their menu didn’t help either with the confusing process.
Every time I visit Jack In The Box, I stick to my usual order of four tacos. However, the menu can be a bit confusing. The staff often asks if I want four separate orders of two tacos each, which would total eight tacos, or two orders of two tacos each, adding up to four tacos.

I am extremely unhappy with my order. I received something other than the cheeseburger I requested. The person taking my order displayed poor customer service and wasn't attentive to ensuring the order was correct. NOT A SATISFIED CUSTOMER AT ALL!!!!!
As expected from Jack In The Box, the service was satisfactory. However, the drive-thru moved a bit slowly even with only two cars ahead, including mine. The food was tasty and exactly what I was expecting.
