This Jack in the Box stands out because the wait times can quickly increase due to the high volume of orders at any moment. However, the hardworking staff consistently deliver quality food and service. They prepare your order accurately and ensure it’s fresh. Trust me, the amount they handle daily is overwhelming, but you still receive great service and hot food. Please remember to respect the employees—they’re doing their best to make your meal.
The food has always been relatively good. Relatively being the operative word, relative meaning to other fast-food chains but, the quality of their hot food items really has been slipping as of late! I enjoy the Oreo shake, it's really hard to mess that up. They'd have to use long out-of-date soft-serve, and the shelf-life of that stuff is probably a few years. So shake on!
My cashier during lunchtime was amazing. She greeted me with a smile and served freshly cooked, delicious food. Her great sense of humor even made me laugh. Love this place everyone is very nice especially Alex on the cemetery layer, now usually I would give 5 stars, but the last few Tuesdays I went, they were out of their stack the tacos, now it is not the staff mistakes, but management that is not enough to cover it, but I will continue my scare there as it is always satisfying. I think most Jack hit or miss in the boxes, and this Jack in the box is definitely a hit! I think the receipt said our cashier was Amir, he offered first-class customer service. Everything was done right and he ensured that our order was correct with a wonderful setting.
Blech food, but nice people. As far as fast food goes... Jack in the Box is one of my least favorites. If you like it, cool, if not, I get it. But the staff were very friendly which I really appreciated.
I was shocked to find several ants in my food at this restaurant. It's absolutely disgusting to even think about. I will never return. Stay away from this place.
