The parking lot is spacious, with plenty of available spots, including designated handicap spaces and a ramp on the side of the building. However, there is a noticeable presence of homeless individuals in the area. While security is present on the property, they don't seem to take much action. Overall, I felt safe, but there are some panhandlers around.
The restaurant's interior and exterior have been recently remodeled, and it looks impressive. There are plenty of dining options inside, although the bathrooms are average and require a key to access.
very poor customer service by the entire team that was serving on Christmas day. They took my order, lost my receipt, I waited there for maybe an hour to receive the food.After making all of us customers wait for so long, there was no communication like an apology. I wanted my money back.I miss the 2 breakfast sandwiches for $3 deal.Decent food. The salsa is great. I like the big chicken sandwich. The chicken patty is breaded in a good manner.
Aside from the need to address the trash outside the building, the atmosphere here can be unpredictable. Sometimes it feels welcoming, while at other times it doesn’t. It's important for staff to conduct regular checks on the grounds to pick up trash, empty full bins, and ensure there are no broken glasses outside.
From my personal experience, this is the best Jack in the Box in Stockton. This location not only gets my order right, but they give me fresh food, too! I only stop by here in the afternoons, so I can't attest to their morning and evening service. I definitely recommend this JitB for lunch, though.

The food is always served hot, and the staff is consistently cheerful. The drive-thru is quick, no matter how long the line is. They even recognize me and know that I order a Power Zero with half lemon and half grape, and sometimes cherry lemon.
