I ordered a breakfast combo, meat lovers burrito with hash browns and an orange juice...... no one else in line at the drive thru..... I got a bag with a burger and fries in it, and had to ask for the OJ, which he handed me. You'd think thered be somechecking of the food and order, at least at the point of a customer saying there's a drink, but not today. The fries weren'tterrible, so here's an extra star, Jack.
What a joke of a place. I feel bad for Lodi because it only has 2 of these locations but the wait time is just ridiculous. The workers are only able to focus on one order at a time, which would make sense for literally any other industry, but fast food?! There’s no reason to be waiting 30+ minutes in line for a burger and fries.YOURE NOT REINVENTING THE WHEEL!! Just be more efficient!!
Went thru drive thru and ordered a ultimate cheese burger When I got home it was a chicken sandwich Nothing close to what I ordered and I don’t eat chicken They weren’t busy but they were quick to get us out of the drive thru Thanks for nothing
I ordered the sourdough jacks but received bacon bits instead of bacon without any prior warning. It was really unpleasant. I recommend going to the location on Lodi Ave instead. Trust me on this. Book a table now
All my food was not fresh. Fries were cold,chicken sandwich was cold and dry also tacos were cold. I should've checked my food before I got home.I will not return to this Jack in the Box.
Although this is a better Jack in the box than some. The food is just OK and highly overpriced. Super disappointing that they got rid of the only thing I like, Bacon Cheddar Potato
JIB is my favorite fast food and this is the one I frequent the most. Service can be hit or miss and the dining room could use a deep cleaning.
Literally spend $23 on two meals and I get 10 french fries. Are you freaking kidding me! Tried calling the number but no one answers... Book a table now
The food was excellent, particularly the grilled chicken. My order was accurate and aesthetically pleasing.
