I ordered the Bacon Swiss Buttery Jack Combo, and it was honestly the worst hamburger I've ever eaten. It didn’t even taste like real meat. The fries were decent, though. My husband got the Buttery Jack, and his burger had some extra toppings on it, but there was a piece of wax paper stuck to it. We informed the staff about the wax paper, and their response was basically dismissive, as if they didn’t care.
I experienced poor customer service during my visits. My orders have been incorrect every time I've ordered from this location. The staff are loud and refuse to take responsibility for their mistakes. While the food is acceptable, the unpleasant attitude of the employees makes it not worth returning.
The sign outside states that dining in is available from 6 AM to 2 AM. I took my kids there for a late-night shake at 8 PM, but the doors were locked. If you’re still operating under "COVID" restrictions, you should definitely post a sign with your temporary hours on the door.
I really enjoy this Jack in the Box on Caldwell since it's conveniently located right across from my home, making it a nice place to walk to. They have free WiFi, which is a great perk, and the service is always fantastic. I prefer this location over the one on Mooney. Book a table now
5 stars for the staff, not for the app lol. Although it saves some money. I'm in the restaurant and they didn't get my order. Completely and with all my adjustments. And although she didn't get the name of the sweetness that helped me, was really nice and professional.
I dined in at the restaurant, but unfortunately, the food was cold. They also don't have trays, and there was only one booster chair available for children.
Fresh fries and hamburger. It was very good. Although it's a hit and a miss with this place. It's good when the good night manager it there.
They are always fast and friendly with most of the food being awesome. Love the tiny tacos and churros! Book a table now
$14.42 for the breakfast sandwich meal with a curl fry instead of hash brown? Smh! Way too expensive
