I just went to Jack in the box 15 mins ago, my order was correct on screen to order but when I went to the window, I did not receive my receipt and they charged me for a drink when it was on my order already. I order fries and didn’t get that at all and all this money that was spent just for me not to receive the things. I understand the fast food is frustrating but spending money to not receive your items is not okay.
Their strawberry milkshakes are usually quite good, but today they tasted just like strawberry syrup—very reminiscent of McDonald's. I wonder if they've changed the recipe? It certainly seems that way. I suppose if you want a better milkshake, you might have to pay more and head over to Carl's Jr. On a positive note, Jack's maraschino cherry still tastes great!
I went to Jack in the box tonight to get the number 3 sour dough jack large fries an a coke they asked me if everything was correct in the screen said yes once I got up the window paid waited for my food once I received food went home without checking my order once I looked what’s inside the bag they gave me 3 tacos no fries an my drink
Food wasn't what I thought it was.It was to salty nasty tasting I just took a few bites and threw it away..Wheelchair accessibility: The had a spot to park in handicap that was a big plus. Book a table now
The food was extremely fresh, and the restaurant was spotless, with tables being cleaned promptly after guests departed. The staff were also very friendly.
Any fast food owner who charges extra for sauce is pond scum. This sends a clear message that you do not value your customers.
I went through the drive-thru and it was fantastic! They provided plenty of sauce and the service was excellent.
The employees are great and they are also very understaffed and need more help. Book a table now
