Fast service but the food is pretty God awful. I used to love Jack in the Box as a teen. Before coming here I hadn't had Jack in 15 years. I can't tell if the quality of the food took a nosedive or if this is the worst location in existence (judging by the other reviews). I used to go to this location often because it was the closest to home but I will not be coming here anymore. First, they close at random times. One Saturday, I remember this location wasn 't open at 9:30pm. I thought JITB was a 24-hour fast food place. Second, they miscounted and gave me less than what I paid for. Third, they don 't always ask you what utensils you may need or sauces, you have to tell them! AND this place went downhill since the pandemic. Service has gotten much slower, it takes much longer to get an order and they have this stupid tactic of back up and pull forward which damaged my car on the side. This place has really deteriorated. I’ve been there six times in the last two months without placing an order. One time they told me they were closed for 30 minutes, another time they had run out of their well drinks. On another occasion, I waited in my car for 5 minutes without being acknowledged. When I finally went inside, I stood there for a few minutes, and even though the staff saw me, they didn’t recognize or greet me. I went again tonight, and the drive-through service was just as disappointing as the inside service. disappointed. they forgot that my 2 tacos did not forget to invite me for them, it was the one special thing I believed. curly pommes were all on the top left, which are sitting at the bottom of the pan. I have specifically asked no straws that they gave me 4, technical asked for their lime sauce (4x’s was listed as 1 of the options) eating was hardly warm no serviettes at all. I understand that the things happen that they could be out of things like sauces, this is ridiculous, was that money not worth or wait?

I chose not to visit this restaurant in the evening again because the service took far too long. However, I'm willing to give them another chance to improve their work ethic. It seems to take about 10 to 15 minutes to get service for a car, and I might come back again, just not during the evening. Perhaps breakfast or lunch would be a better experience. Unfortunately, my evening visits have not been satisfactory so far.
Feeling frustrated, I went inside to speak with the manager, but she was just as dismissive and asked me to leave. I have previously filed complaints with Jack regarding this restaurant, but I never received any response. It’s truly disappointing because I've been a loyal customer since childhood, and the service has drastically declined, with staff seemingly indifferent to customer care.
I came before closings which I understand employees want to go home. I order 4 tacos , I live about 2 or less minutes away and when I touch the tacos after paying the tacos they felt ice cold. I immediately called 3 times and no one answered. When I came home which is less than .5 mile thermometer ready 63 degrees

This business is great!?the cashier really took his time to explain to me my options. This is what I call great customer service and I wish I had his name to share it with you all.The place was clean as well and we will definitely be back.I ordered the 2 tacos for 1.49 I think and the box of mini tacos .
Love this location especially for Diego who is always friendly and offers new items to choose from every visit. Food is always fresh and fast! ?
