They take forever to take your order, and its a good day if its actually correct. Make sure to check your food and receipt before you leave the window..... even still they forget things like adding cheese or condiments on your burger. I seen so much staff just standing around tonight, having no desire to work. The girl who scooped my ice cream had to remake our shake more then once and STILL got it wrong. I dont mean to be rude but this is not rocket science...
4 stars for my customer service was A-1 very friendly and sweet cried on the dame in the window. 1 star omitted because their children's dishes are small for the price my child eats her gave him 2 small chicken tender the children's meal come with 2 tenders that are good, but there was so small I could give them to a baby? but eating was good next time I know to order my child a real dinner so he can get full
food has been made to order, however, if they have allergies or nutritional restrictions, avoid or do not ask for them otherwise their food must be made 3 times and still be incorrect (but after each ends their food does not sit and wait until it is made right).) also make sure that they tell them light or no pfeffer, otherwise their burger black will not be made out of the amount of pfeffer and not safe.
They don't deliver personally but I done a pick up order through door dash well I had a flat and door dash refused to refund me because it was marked as picked up so I called Jack's explained my situation and they sent an employee to bring me my food witch is something they don't normally do! Thank you Jack's some how some day I will repay you... the employees are awesome ?
