I’ve placed an online order not too long ago. When I went to the restaurant to pick up my food, one of the staffs told me that they gave my food to another customer by a mistake. I requested to cancel my order and to refund my money. First of all, they did not apologize for the mistake they made and told me that they can’t refund online orders. It’s crazy to know that there is no corporate number to call. And on top of that, whatever number it was they gave me did not work. I didn’t get my food and yet they still charged my account. I’ve tried to contact the restaurant and I’ve submitted feedback and no one has yet to respond back. It is one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had.
Dirty, really dirty, the restrooms have not been serviced or maintained in years, their food tastes old, the chicken strip tasted like they had been cooked 3 or 4 times it very old and burnt grease. The cashier was not pleasant and the kitchen staff were yelling at each other and the manager. Jacks used to be good. Not any longer.
Went here for dinner in the dining room in October 2020. Order was seamless and fast. Food hot and prompt. In other words , perfect. Could not ask for more on this visit. Employees were great. Dining area clean.
Has Big Posters displaying New Peanut Butter Cookies Shake.Went in,asked for one...sorry we don't have that Flavor!! Take The Frigging Poster Down!!!
