Recently stopped for lunch. More often than I worked on the north side of the city. It was much better a few years ago. Had a brisket plate with two sides. While the sides were acceptable, the brisket was dry and not warm enough. In addition, while I understand inflation, a lunch plate with two sides and a drink for $30 is a joke. I'm not coming back. Much better choices out there. Good luck in the future. I'm sorry this landmark goes down fast.

Good service food was good to me but I didn't know that I was getting pork ribs I thought they were beef just a different flavor to me and that's why I give three stars instead of 5 but I think you deserve 4 not your fault that I didn't like pork sorry.
I had the beef briquette plate with 2 sides and it was so delicious and fill. This place has amazing food and excellent service. The next time I'm in town, regardless of why, I'll stop here again. Can't recommend this place enough! Book a table now

Could be past his tip. Just to say the brisket cut was not the best and the turkey was dry. Cheese sauce for Mac and cheese seemed from powder mix. It won't go back. $22 for a meal.
