Pretty pricey spot to eat for basic sandwhich spot. There was no line when we walked in so we were able to order immediately. Spent $13 bucks on a spicy chicken sandwich and that was it.. just the sandwich. Fries were extra and drink was extra. For a family of 4 the bill came out to $75! Now the wait time in between ordering and finally getting out meal was ridiculous. They had at least 4-5 staff just standing around in a circle talking and little to no patrons eating in the restaurant. For what you get for the price, it's not worth it. Save yourself the time and money and go elsewhere.
At Jack's Urban Eats, the pesto chicken sandwich was outstanding—the chicken was juicy and packed with flavor, complemented by fresh, crisp lettuce that I truly enjoyed. The club sandwich was generously sized, featuring perfectly crispy bacon and the ideal amount of avocado. The fries were well-seasoned, though some appeared a bit pale; while some were delightfully crispy, others were slightly soft. Overall, the menu offered a fantastic dining experience!
Food most times is great but not consistently. Have to look at side dishes by register when ordering sometimes it's been sitting too long then you order the last of it ; sandwiches most times are consistent but those times they aren't you wonder if you should come back or not. Everytime we've taken a dish back they make it right but now your party is waiting with you however the atmosphere if your not in a hurry helps pass the time.
Jack?s has a delicious selection of sandwiches, salads and sides. Nothing beats their urban pommes! The Mac and the cheese are also an excellent side. Both salads and sandwiches are tasteful. There are a few vegetarian options, but they could definitely add a few more. Jack?s has been one of our favorite places for years, and although I? ve moved out of the victim area, it's always up on my list of places to eat when I'm in town.

The lemon thyme chicken was flavorful and served in a generous portion. The cheese bread was delightful, and the salad was incredibly fresh and prepared to order. I would definitely order these dishes again.
I absolutely love Jack's! The food and service are fantastic. The quality is excellent, the prices are reasonable, and the service is quick.
Delicious salads. Best place for healthy salads for meals. I got the BBQ steak one. I loved it. Very crowded only downside.
I had the California cheese steak... not what I expected and it was very pricey. The sandwich was very dry. Just my opinion
