I usually have a fantastic experience at Jackson’s, but this time was different. Our waitress was the most inattentive and dismissive I’ve ever encountered at any restaurant. I ordered a beer and had to ask about it several times over the span of a few minutes. It took an eternity to receive anything, and my nephew’s pasta dish came out only after another waitress brought it to us long after the rest of our food had arrived. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.
This charming restaurant is one of my go-to spots for lunch and cocktails. The food is consistently exceptional. I even hosted my mom's birthday party in the back room, and both the service and food were outstanding. Overall, I would rate it: Food: 5, Service: 5, Atmosphere: 5. I highly recommend the Pulled Pork French, Steak Sandwich, and Roasted Sweet Potatoes.
I hadn't visited Jackson's in a while, so I decided to go back, and I'm glad I did. The food was delicious, served at the right temperature, and our server was very attentive. I won't wait as long to return next time!

The French onion soup is incredible, but the chicken corn chowder has quickly become my new favorite! They also have a separate room where we hold our rotary meetings, which we greatly appreciate!
The hamburger bun was six times larger than the patty. The price per person ranged from $30 to $50. Overall, I would rate the food a 2, the service a 3, and the atmosphere a 3.
