we use to frequent this restaurant quite often, prices were good and the difference of price in the evening menu reflected a bigger variety in the menu.Lately (the past 6or 8 months ) the menu of the day and the one for the evening is almost the same prices have gone up and the quality of the food has degraded sadly.This restaurant use to be very good,it used to be double the actual size it is now,and now with no improvement on the menu,and the place still looks the same as 10 years ago(not the cleanest ),if you want to pay for less then average quality ,that's the spot .
Ordered take out yesterday and was really not happy with the service I received fromthe gentleman at the front. He tried to take over the job from his cashier as she was busy and he only added confusion.RUDE.. The meal was by far not the greatest I have had from there and was missing a dish in the end.I have ordered several different dishes in the past and I think it really depends on the chef that is working that day.Will probably try elsewhere as the last couple of times they just have not been up to par.
Living on the west island of Montreal the is a royal shortage of any good old regular Chinese food.The other day we decided to give the jade palace a shot.We where very plesently surprised. The service for delivery was very friendly and co-operative the payed full attention to my online order request.The food was all very fresh and very good quality. A little under seasoned but it was such a nice experience that I did not care. All was good and I will be giving them a try again in the near future.
We ordered dinner during rush hour. The restaurant is on the opposite side of the highway than our home so we (both the restaurant and I) acknowledged that the delivery may be delayed. Imagine my surprise when dinner arrived in less than an hour!The food was the expected average Chinese that we have come to expect on the West Island. The only strikingly oddity was the pineapple chicken. It was essentially BoBo balls with chicken inside and an order of cherry sauce on the side.

The only reason I give a 4 and not a 5 is because I have not been in the restaurant. But this is our delivery stand by for Chinese food, always good fast hot and friendly.Will keep going back and have told others to order from there as well.
We always order delivery and the food is always fresh and tasty! We have never had a problem. They are alwaysd willing to make resonable substitutions and the portions are generous
I find it a treat to go to Jade Palace for supper !! Everyone enjoys chinese food once in a while. I even order from home, the food is that good !!!
Loved the food! Always come back for great Chinese food! Service was excellent and very clean. Would recommend this to anyone for an awesome meal.

Cold food and no flavour.. Grunge atmosphere.. Needs a face lift. Good service but food was not up to par. Only benefit is that its cheap.
Very good value Chinese buffet. Features mostly Cantonese cuisine with a good variety of dishes. Excellent, attentive service!
