We visited the restaurant at the beginning of the year but, as we were invited, I cannot express myself on the Price/Quality ratio or on the price of drinks. The restaurant is outside Belp, near the airport and a bit difficult to locate. A GPS is very useful. The outside is very attractive, there is a beautiful terrace and, near the restaurant, a creek runs forming a pond with very clear, fresh water, an assured supply of fresh trout....Not always. The owner welcomes you at the door with a smile. Unfortunately French does not get you too far. English is a better choice to communicate and to place your order. A family event brought us here for a first time visit on a sunny Sunday afternoon. Very popular with the locals and teeming with activity both inside and out in the shaded garden. Service was attentive and very flexible and complemented the cooking which was of a high standard. The perch (Eglifilet) sampled in both batter and à la meunière was a dream and a most healthy portion. Sorbets were perfect. It is busy with many cyclists and walkers (riverside location.) It is quite a way from the main highway (use GPS or follow the red Restaurant Jägerheim signs) and car parking can get a litttle crowded. A short walk back to the car after an excellent meal is no problem whatsoever!

Even though it's quite far, the place was packed when we went there, which goes to show how renown it is in the region. In the evening, making a reservation could be a good idea. The food itself was absolutely delicious and served quickly. It was a very pleasant dinner experience.

Visited this restaurant with family and friends from Belp and the service by name and food would make me fly backjust to eat here.Excellent service and though pricey well worth a stop.The grounds that surround the restaurant bring upon it a relaxing atmosphere to which you will enjoy your evening might you be dining inside or outside on their patio.
Interieur etwas veraltet, komisches aufmüpfiges und angetrunkenes Klientel am Stammtisch war sehr störend ! Essen sehr gut ! Wir fühlten uns nicht wohl betreffend Ambiente ! This is a pleasant restaurant with a varied menu in a nice setting. In summer months, when weather permits, meals are also served outdoors. Good food except their vension during the hunting season, which you should avoid. Service is ok and prices a little above average, but so is this establishment! Worth a try.

We enjoyed the ambience in the garden under the beautiful chestnut trees, but also the good food, the speedy service and the fine Aigle les murailles to the fullest. Thanks to the whole Jägerheim team for the great hospitality. Parking: Ideal , close to the restaurant Service: Dine in
