In a nutshell, fried shrimp were extremely overcooked, waitress literally THREW the straws on the table, they were out of hushpuppies. A table (4) next to us (7), was seated AFTER us, they had crawfish, salads and just finished their entrees when THREE of us got the food, those three were just finishing their food when 2 more got their food, that looked like it was literally thrown the plates, then about 5 minutes later, 3 have finished eating and the last two get their food.... salads!!! Didn't remove dishes, was apparently put out when asked for refills. Jaeger's has seriously gone down the drain. I should have complained to management, but I honestly didn't feel like it. Came here for dinner with my mom and dad. Customer service was great! Harry was kind and attentive. He listened and made sure everything was what we asked. Food was hot, fresh, and delicious! Flew into New Orleans, this was our first stop to get some good food. It's an old bar type place. Very dim lighting, has a stage for a live band, and a great big gator at the front door.
