Upstairs and Downstairs offers a good menu with tasty food at a reasonable price. There is plenty of seating available both indoors and covered outdoor seating on Plymouth's main street. Please note that there is no music played upstairs.

This restaurant is a fantastic spot to enjoy breakfast or lunch. The staff is exceptional and the food is outstanding. A must-visit when in the town.
