My wife and I are regulars at Jake's for good reason the food and service is always excellent. Tonight was no different. From the martinis to the bone marrow appetizer to the tomahawk dry aged ribeyes, every item was on point and had great flavor. Our server, Vanessa, was welcoming, attentive and just terrific the entire night. Half of the fun of eating at Jake's is the ambiance which starts when you walk in by the bar before being shown to the dining area where the wood burning fireplace welcomes you. It's exactly what you'd expect when imagining what a steak house should look/feel like. And, did I mention the steaks were delicious?
both my friend and I are the first to visit. it's a pretty ride from where we live. I wish they had set a light on the entrance or the name of the restaurant, it was very dark. the food was good and the price was not too bad. the only thing I can say is that I feel that the tables are too close to the other tables. I just felt that I'm too close to the other table and we can hear their intimate talks.
The steak at this restaurant was delicious and well-packaged, so it arrived fresh and perfectly cooked. I would definitely order it again. My only critique is that I wish they offered a larger filet size. The sides were also tasty, but the curds were a bit soggy and did not travel as well as the steaks.

I brought my 17-year-old daughter and she was the only person under 30, which is good because she has experienced a lot with fine dining world. the wee of the glass list were ok, but not stellar. service was great.
it was decades since I had eaten here, and was not sure that it was still relevant or as good as I remember, but it was packed and the menu points were absolutely fantastic.
Super fun place to catch up with a friend, enjoy a date night or special occasion. Very attentive staff and quick service. Food was delicious!!
