Overall, I would say that Wayback Burgers in Bel Air is a decent place to get a burger, but the customer service could definitely be improved. My experience with the customer service was far from favorable. When I asked for additional ketchup packets, the employee behind the counter seemed reluctant to give them to me. The individual told me that ketchup was available on the tables. Then grudgingly handed me two packets. This individual did so in a way that made me feel like I was being a nuisance.
Serious food safety issues! I ordered a Crispy Chicken sandwich, but the chicken was clearly undercooked. It was chewy, slimy, and still pink inside. When I brought this to the manager's attention, she didn't seem very concerned and insisted the chicken must be properly cooked, despite my warning.
