the food is amazing but the service is terrible, they ignore the phones, and will cancel orders after they've been place. i was on the phone placing an order, the call got cut and now my calls are being forwarded. the customer service is just bad.
Food is good but why the workers especially the lady with the dreads always have attitude.If you hate your job that much why give people poor customer service...Get another job if every morning you wake up and go to work MISERABLE...
