I stopped by Jamba before starting my Sunday walk, but my experience was almost spoiled. When I approached the counter, two employees were there. After taking orders from the customers ahead of me, they both walked away just as I was next. When they returned, they served a family who came in after me with about six orders. Once my smoothie was ready, they set it on the counter without acknowledging me, as if I wasn’t even there waiting for it. The smoothie itself was good, but the customer service was terrible. I won’t be coming back anytime soon. I just wish Starbucks had been open, or I would have gone there instead.
I have a syndrome to where I can't have milk or soy. An some of the other stuff I ask for a kids size watermelon do to the fact of limited funds and I am out here dashing for this location. They said they can't modify due to my gluten issues and being lactose intolerant. This is another place that will not modify if you have allergies. Also I can't have soy. They will not be of help to you if you out here working doing this company a favor. They don't support the soy free community or lactose intolerant community when clearly they can. Good luck.
Came in here for a smoothie. Because they were busy I was treated rudely. Had to wait about 10 minutes just to place my order and again treated like they didn't want me there. Noticed that they didn't add my boosters. Drink had ice- bits. They didnt blend it long enough. Left feeling upset and hyped out of a smoothie.
This Jamba is absolutely fantastic, always getting the portion sizes of my drinks just right. Jackie, who made my smoothie, was incredibly sweet and exemplified excellent customer service. She truly deserves a raise!

Convenient location but for some reason they only had one person working midday. It resulted in a long wait however the girl that was working attempted to hustle and do what she could.
I always choose the white gummy, which is the sweet option I can’t resist. My wife, on the other hand, loves the Mango A Go, which is the healthier choice.
The staff at this location are fantastic. I stopped by last minute for a smoothie, and Q was amazing—she took great care of me! She's wonderful!
