Today was an extremely hot day, but the Jamba at Serramonte handled it much better than Westlake. They only ran out of fro-yo, which shows they were more prepared for the heat wave. However, they do need to improve on answering their phone. It's great to see that Serramonte was ready for the weather, so I’m giving them a solid 5 stars.
In contrast, the Jamba at Westlake was poorly prepared. They ran out of several items including frozen pineapple, peaches, fro-yo, milk, soy milk, oat milk, and lime sherbet by around 4:30 PM. My top pick is the chunky strawberry bowl, but I've found that it’s often overly watered down, and they usually use strawberries that were cut the day before. I'd prefer if they at least used freshly cut strawberries, or if they do choose to pre-cut them, they should be swapped out by the end of the day. The last chunky strawberry bowl I had tasted more like a diluted smoothie. With a price of nearly $11, I expect it to be fresh and well-made. Utilizing strawberries that are less than a day old would greatly enhance the flavor.
I attempted to order a protein berry workout smoothie, but they claimed they were out of protein. On top of that, it's been a month since they last had whey protein available. To make matters worse, their mango smoothie isn't really a smoothie at all; it's more like water.
The smoothies at this place are amazing, and the service is excellent too. It would be even better if they offered the option to add shots to the drinks—maybe for an additional charge of around $8 for vodka or tequila.

I ordered my smoothie through the app 10 minutes in advance, but when I arrived at the shop, it wasn't open yet, even though it was supposed to open 30 minutes earlier. I ended up waiting even longer for my smoothie.
Consistent, clean, and tasty. Downside are prices have gone up. Honestly 9 or 11 dollars for a juice? Come on! But still, it is fun to go once in awhile!
The sandwich was flavorful, though somewhat small for almost $6. On the other hand, the protein smoothie was excellent.
During my last visit, my smoothie was watery and had clearly melted, but this time it was absolutely perfect.
