So I placed a order at 12:50 and n it was suppose too be ready at 1:00. I walked in about 1:05 n told the girl I had a order for Ethan at the mobile pickup . So I stepped back n let her check it , and she brought a bag out but didn 't say that it was mine just sat it on the table. I had also checked my eecu app while waiting and seen I had got charged twice as well the same amount went back up too the front and showed them and the girl then said she will let her manager know and I 'll get refunded in 2-3 days so that 's fine if I actually get refunded in that time. But then I was still waiting 10 or more minutes on my order watching other customers that came in after me get there drinks quic...
I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The customer service was lacking, and our server, Melissa, had a noticeably negative attitude, which made it seem like she was not interested in her job. Furthermore, the waffle I ordered was stale and tasted as though it might have been old. Overall, I wasn't impressed at all.
Let me start by saying that I did not feel welcomed by this location. As soon as I walked in, two (what appeared to be teen girls) gave me strange looks as if I was bothering them. I wanted to walk out right after, but I stayed. I tried the chunky strawberry bowl and that was delicious which is why I am giving this place a star.
The staff were very friendly, but the drink I ordered was slightly watered down. It appeared that the initial consistency was off, prompting the employee to add ice, but that didn't help. I had been excited to try the new blueberry lemonade, so it was disappointing that it wasn't made properly.

I like their smoothies except maybe a bit overpriced but so far orders arrived quickly from DoorDash. Caribbean and açaí drinks taste good , greens n ginger not so much but I feel like it's a healthier option. I'm hoping drinking the greens n ginger will make me feel better from a sore throat:
Every time I go in to this location I'm always greeted as soon as I come through the door and if there is a line I'm not waiting long. Occasionally try new drinks and they are always made well. Will be coming back to this location whenever the craving for a smoothie hits!
I love their blue bowl and they are nice every time, when I had a fresh tongue piercing they blended everything for me and were so accommodating every time with how much blue spirulina I request best lunch ever and I am obsessed
My smoothie was extremely thin, nearly like water, and it tasted just like lemonade, even though I paid extra for kale. There are definitely better places out there. On a positive note, the staff member was very friendly.

OJ machine is always out of order like the ice cream machine at McDonald's. I become the one blamed on behalf of the company when I'm just the middle man trying to bring people who love Jamba Juice to THIER table.
