This place is disappointing. The drinks and food are okay, but the staff are very rude. My friend and I arrived a few minutes before closing (I didn’t realize they shut at 5 pm), and the employees were incredibly unfriendly. After I placed my order, they completely ignored us, and my friend never got the chance to order. We waited at the register for several minutes while the staff walked by multiple times without acknowledging us. They had plenty of time to take the second order but chose not to. It’s surprising how unprofessional they are, especially given their early closing time.
This was my first visit to this restaurant, and Tori assisted me with my order. I asked for a smoothie and inquired about using a 50% discount promotion on any item. I provided my name, phone number, and email, but she couldn't locate my information in the system. After several attempts, she discovered she had misspelled my name and eventually found the promotion on her screen. However, she seemed unsure about how to apply it and insisted that I pay full price for my item. If the restaurant prioritizes customer satisfaction, it would be wise to hire more competent staff.

I've experienced nothing but issues at this restaurant. My last order was supposed to be a large, but I ended up with two smalls because they had run out of large cups. Today, I ordered two Aloha Pineapple smoothies, but I received Razzmatazz instead. If I can’t get the correct order consistently, there's no reason for me to return. I've faced disappointment multiple times, and the service keeps declining. I haven't had any problems at other Jamba Juice locations, so I would recommend steering clear of the Lake Pleasant/Happy Valley location altogether.
Honestly, I’ve had nothing but issues at this store. My previous order, I ordered a large only to be given 2 smalls with the explanation that they were out of large cups. Today, I ordered 2 Aloha Pineapple smoothies only to get home and find out they are Razzmatazz. If I’m never going to get what I ordered, why would I go back? I have given them multiple chances but it’s only getting worse. I have not had issues at any other Jamba Juice locations so my advice is to avoid the Lake Pleasant/Happy Valley location at all costs.
The restaurant was infested with cockroaches, both alive and dead, throughout the entire establishment. It was truly disgusting. While the drinks were acceptable, the staff and the overall environment were very disappointing.
The online menu includes items like boba that aren't actually available at the restaurant. When I inquired about it, the staff seemed a bit dismissive. However, despite this problem, Jamba is consistently delicious.

They were very nice and there was no wait to get my smoothie. I don't like bananas so They substituted in extra mango for no additional charge
