I’m sitting here it’s match day and the place isn’t busy at all. Two waiting staff who are not good. Waited 15 minutes for a pint. She couldn’t point me to a menu. Ordered some cold prawns as I could see them on the tapas bar. Had to go to the bar to order. Waited another 10 minutes for beer and prawns to arrive. Witnessed one table of four leave after waiting at least 15 minutes too be addressed and it was obvious they didn’t appreciate the staff response to their questions.
